We accept exchanges for non-sale items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not offer refunds, except when there is an error on our part like a missing item or the wrong shipment. We’re a small mountain team that works hard to make sure this never happens because we wouldn’t want to go down that bumpy road again or get stuck in a snowstorm.
Please note: We can process only one exchange per order. This helps keep our logistics simple and cost-effective, especially as each piece is made and shipped from the mountains.
As our products are handmade in limited batches, we do not accept returns for reasons of preference or slight irregularities. These small variations are the natural marks of handmade craft and the very reason each piece is unique. We encourage mindful shopping, so please choose with care.
