All our products are handmade in small batches by artisans from Himachal Pradesh. Slight variations in color, weave, size, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Our pieces are made in limited quantities. While we try to maintain accurate stock information, availability may change. In case an item is out of stock after purchase, we’ll contact you for a replacement or refund.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice.

We accept online payments through secure gateways. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Ready products are shipped within 3–5 business days, and made-to-order items within 2–3 weeks. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or logistical issues.

Exchanges are accepted only for eligible items as per our Returns Policy. We do not offer refunds except in rare cases of incorrect or missing shipments.
